I have decided to add an incident by incident carrier review on circuits and carriers we work with.  Over time I think it will be a good realistic review of a carrier. I will categorize them so over time you can look at posts I have on a specific carrier.

Intelletrace is an IXC (Interexchange carrier). Do not expect the same level of inside access we have if you buy direct.  In many cases I deal directly with the carrier groups.  These groups don’t usually talk to end users.
